BSA test kitchen is manned by an experienced chef and is equipped with utilities to test our product formulations for their performance in real conditions. This ensures that our products meet the expectations of our customers on various grounds, when created.
BSA Meat Lab is fully equipped with Meat Mincer, Silent Bowl Chopper, Smoke House, Water Cooking Bath, Vacuum Tumbler, Sausage Stuffer, Ham Moulds and Freezer etc. At our meat lab, our customers can test the actual performance of our products in real conditions with the help of a Test Batch, without stopping their production.
